Information is used to assess applications, administer admissions and scholarships, process and reconcile payments, deliver mentoring and programme activities, monitor progress, communicate with participants, evaluate the programme and maintain appropriate financial/administrative records.
Payment information
Card or bank credentials are handled by the configured payment gateway. The programme stores payment references, amounts, currency and verification status needed for reconciliation; it is not designed to store full card details.
Access and retention
Access should be restricted to authorised programme administrators/mentors and service providers required for programme operation. Retention periods should be documented before production launch and aligned with applicable Nigerian data-protection, accounting and contractual requirements.
Your choices
Applicants and participants may contact the programme to request correction of inaccurate personal information or ask questions about programme data handling, subject to records the programme is legally or operationally required to retain.
